Shipping & Customs Policy

Order Processing

We begin processing your order as soon as your 60% deposit is received. Orders are typically finalized and prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days. Orders received after 4:00 PM on Fridays or during public holidays are processed the next working day.

Shipping Timeframes

• Sea Shipping: Estimated delivery between 35–60 days, depending on the product and destination country.
• Air Cargo: Ideal for smaller, urgent shipments — delivery time is typically 10–15 days.
• Local Delivery Charges: Not included in the main invoice. These are calculated separately once the shipment reaches our warehouse in South Africa, Zimbabwe, or Botswana.

Customs & Import Duties

We handle all customs clearance and import duties for our clients. This includes:

• Customs declarations and processing
• Payment of all required duties and import VAT
• Providing certificates, invoices, and compliance documents

Clients in South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Botswana do not need to deal with customs agents — we manage the entire process from dispatch to delivery.

Payment Terms

• 60% Deposit: Required to confirm and begin processing your order.
• 40% Balance: Due before collection or final delivery from our partner warehouse.
• Outstanding charges, such as local delivery or warehousing fees, must be cleared before release.

Tracking & Communication

We provide real-time updates through WhatsApp and email. This includes supplier inspection photos, shipping status, customs progress, and final delivery coordination. Each client is added to a dedicated support group with our team for full transparency.
