At Connect2China, we take every measure to ensure that the machinery delivered to clients in South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Botswana meets the agreed specifications, condition, and quality. If an issue arises, our team will help resolve it swiftly and professionally.

Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted only in cases where the item is damaged on delivery, not operational, or materially different from what was ordered.
  • Clients must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide visual proof (photos or videos).
  • The product must be unused, complete, and preferably in original packaging.
  • We will coordinate the return with the supplier and handle shipping if approved.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are considered if the item cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 working days.
  • Partial refunds may be offered in situations where the client agrees to accept repair or partial resolution.
